The Puma TRIONFO LO L II shoes don't require a helmet, or for that matter, socks. The suede upper is soft and form-fitting, and the fabric lining provides you with a comfortable sock-like fit as you cruise at a blazing 15 MPH on your air-conditioned bike.
I love this shoe! Looks great with jeans. I wear them with thin socks and have not had any problems with fit like some of the other reviewers. I walk a lot and they are comfortable for most of the day, but after 10 hours, I can feel the seam at the back of the heel. They fit more comfortably than the usual shoes, which I find a little narrow for my slightly wider foot. I take a size 38 womens, and the 7.5 womens are ideal. I originally ordered the size 8 and they were way too long. The white band around the sole shows some blue marks from my indigo jeans but that's a problem with the jeans, not the shoe. Easy to slip on and off when I don't feel like messing around with laces, perfect for wearing for clothes-shopping
